About The Position
The Dietary Aide is responsible for serving high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions. This role also involves preparing dining areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gatherings and meals. Additionally, the Dietary Aide assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. A key aspect of this role is engaging with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, fostering a warm and supportive environment that reflects the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
