About The Position
Riverview Care Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team. This role involves serving meals according to planned menus, adhering to physician-ordered therapeutic diets and resident preferences, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. The Dietary Aide will also be responsible for monitoring food storage, rotating stock, minimizing waste, and supporting survey readiness and food safety compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year institutional food service experience as a cook.
- Knowledge of food preparation, nutrition, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to follow recipes and diet orders accurately.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and communication abilities.
