About The Position
Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions. Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals. Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols. Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
