This position is responsible for providing assistance in all food service functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures. This position reports to the Director of Dining Services but may take direction from all pertinent management personnel. The role involves following and performing duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation Dining Policy and Procedures, serving food according to portion control and modified/therapeutic diets, assisting with meal service, setting up and delivering meal trays, and performing kitchen utility duties. The Dietary Aide must also adhere to all health and safety regulations and attend required training.
