About The Position
Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team in San Antonio. This is a full-time position where the aide will be responsible for serving meals, assisting with food preparation and serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas. The center is a modern, state-of-the-art facility with 126 beds, offering both private and semi-private rooms. They are committed to dignifying and transforming post-acute care and value their employees, with a mission to put the employee first.

Responsibilities
- Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
- Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
- Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
- Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Clean work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, etc.
- Sweep and mop floors as directed.
- Carry soiled utensils, etc., to wash area.
