About The Position

Cherry Hill Manor, a skilled nursing facility and nursing home, is hiring full-time and part-time Dietary Aides. They offer stability, a great team environment, and numerous benefits. The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in providing quality patient care and will assist in all food service functions to ensure patients' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This includes assisting in food preparation and serving while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior health-care experience preferred
• Prior food services experience preferred
• COVID-19 Vaccination

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients’ dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Provides assistance in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.
• Implements and interprets the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Concentrates and uses reasoning skills and good judgment.
