This is an important position responsible for certain food preparation, service, and sanitation. The Dietary Aide is directly responsible to the Dietary Manager and works closely with them and other Department Managers. Maintaining open communication among co-workers is essential for the well-being of patients, the efficient operation of the facility, and the job satisfaction of all employees. The role involves maintaining a professional relationship with supervisors and co-workers and representing the facility in hospital and nursing home activities.
