About The Position
Dakota Alpha, a 20-bed skilled nursing facility in Mandan, ND, specializes in serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries, resulting in physical and cognitive disabilities. As the only skilled nursing facility in North Dakota specializing in brain injury rehabilitation, Dakota Alpha employs a person-centered approach, believing every individual has value and deserves dignity and respect. The facility aims to create a positive environment with resident control and choice, helping residents develop goals and gain confidence. Dakota Alpha is seeking dependable and dedicated Dietary Aides to assist residents in reaching independence by providing assistance with dignity and respect. This role involves preparing and serving well-balanced, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of all clients, while also ensuring all health and sanitary conditions are met. The position is responsible for preparing meals for a minimum of 16 people.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Dependable and dedicated.
