About The Position

White Oak Estate's team strives to anticipate the needs of each of our patients and residents with each meal that we provide. We want every customer's experience to be top notch! White Oak Estates is looking to hire a Part-time Cook and a part-time Dietary Aide. We do prefer experience in Long Term Care as a Dietary Aide and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Serves food for residents according to menu combinations and orders in an efficient manner to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with Federal, State and local requirements.
- Dietary Aides are responsible for serving meals to patient/residents on the assigned neighborhood.
- Each dietary cart is stocked by the dietary aide with the necessary serving utensils, food quantity for serving, proper food temperature monitoring, and necessary meal extras to serve the designated meal.
- Inventory such as dinnerware, utensils, cups, condiments, snacks and perishables are stocked on the assigned neighborhood.
- Daily cleaning assignments to ensure food and safety protocols within the dietary department.
