About The Position
Helps prepare food for residents and special functions. Follows menus including: therapeutic diets and mechanically altered, recipes, sanitation and production procedures as set forth by Dietary Manager to ensure optimum quality at all times. - Be able to work productively with department heads and personnel to meet the goals and strategies of the facility.
