Works under the direction of the Manager of Support Services and under the supervision of the cook. Works primarily in the dish room cleaning and sanitizing dishes and cooking utensils. Portions and serves desserts, salads, and beverages. Assists cook with tray assembly. Assists with stocking of supplies, may deliver meals to floors and/or return meal trays to dish room. Assists with filling Pantry supplies to various dining rooms and hostess stations. Extensive cleaning and sanitizing required. Splits time between dish room and tray line.
