About The Position

First Atlantic Healthcare is seeking compassionate, team-oriented individuals to join their food and nutrition program as a Dietary Aide. This role is suitable for those seeking their first job or a career change, with training and support provided. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible day and evening shifts. As a vital health professional in food service, the Dietary Aide works with Dietary Managers and Cooks to ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior experience necessary— we are happy to train you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Set up/take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance.
• Help track kitchen supplies and food items.
• Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.
