About The Position

Maple View Memory Care in Fargo, ND is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide. As a Dietary Aide Assistant Living at Maple View Memory Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while providing them with a warm and inviting dining experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a dietary aide assistant living role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and residents' preferences
• Set up dining areas and ensure they are clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
• Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal times
• Follow proper food safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen clean-up as needed
