About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of food service and infection control practices.
• Demonstrated patience and ability to relate positively with residents and team members.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Previous experience working in assisted living or healthcare dietary services.
• Certification in food safety or dietary aide training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to prescribed dietary plans and facility standards.
• Ensure all food handling and serving procedures comply with infection control and safety regulations.
• Deliver meals to residents, accommodating special dietary needs and preferences while maintaining a respectful and positive demeanor.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards.
