About The Position
Peninsula Post-Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services. Our healthcare professionals strive to help residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to prepare food in accordance with standard recipes to ensure proper consistency for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
- Must be able to provide all dietary services safely and adhere to proper infection control measures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to the menu and standardized recipes.
- Check trays for menu accuracy, diet preferences, and nutritional needs.
- Prepare food in accordance with standard recipes to ensure proper consistency for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen area following meal service, ensuring all items are put away properly.
- Provide all dietary services safely and adhere to proper infection control measures.
