About The Position

Join the Lorien Encore team as a Dietary Aide and play an important role in supporting resident health and satisfaction through quality meal service. Lorien Encore is seeking compassionate, reliable Dietary Aides to assist with meal preparation and service in our skilled nursing community. Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and resident care.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED, a plus.
• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide, Food Service Worker, or Kitchen Assistant preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and service.
• Support resident health and satisfaction through quality meal service.
• Provide excellent service to residents.
• Make mealtime a positive experience for residents.
