About The Position
Join Bay Harbor of La Crescent as a Dietary Aide and play an important role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily lives of our residents—all while working with a friendly, supportive team. This role offers a meaningful impact, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. The available schedule is full-time, rotating between 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with every other weekend required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Follow and maintain sanitation and safety standards for food preparation, storage, equipment, and kitchen areas
- Prepare hot and cold foods safely and on time for meal service, following standardized recipes
- Clean tables, equipment, and work areas, maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctioning equipment or unsafe conditions
- Communicate effectively with the lead cook to ensure daily tasks and needs are met
- Provide timely, pleasant, and professional service during resident dining
