About The Position
Provides services that include helping patients make menu selections and assembling, delivering, and picking up meal trays. As part of the caregiving team, this position supports patient safety and satisfaction goals by ensuring meals are accurate and delivered at the right time and temperature. Performs routine tasks in kitchen and dishwashing areas according to standard practices and procedures while complying with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and maneuver and push food delivery carts.
- Food Handler’s Card.
- On-the-job training, including a short demonstration, for up to 90 days.
Responsibilities
