About The Position
The Dietary Aide / Server @ La Posada provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The role involves performing all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, greeting and escorting residents in all dining venues, assisting as needed, and demonstrating knowledge of the daily menu to assist residents with their requests. Additionally, the position requires maintaining clean dining venues and ensuring proper table settings.
Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- Must have Food Handler’s certification as required
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate preferred
- Some serving experience preferred
Responsibilities
