About The Position
The Dietary Aide / Server @ La Posada provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The schedule is Part Time with shifts varying between 6a-2p – 4p-8p (Flexible). The pay range is $15-$16.50/hr. Benefits include Paid Vacation, 401K, and a Free Meal each shift.
Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- Must have Food Handler’s certification as required
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate preferred
- Some serving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
- Perform other related duties as required
