Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Demonstrates an attention to detail.
- Must be able to listen and understand what residents or client is asking.
- Must have the ability to respond effectively to changing demands and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be adaptable to change and able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction by serving beverages, taking orders, serving correct meals, cleaning suites and common areas.
- Maintains cleanliness of dishes, dining rooms, common areas and suites.
- Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management.
- Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
- Ensures security of company assets.
