About The Position
City View Post Acute is seeking dependable and compassionate Dietary Aides and Dishwashers to join our dietary team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in helping provide a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our residents, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to our residents
Nice To Haves
- Previous dietary, food service, or dishwasher experience is a plus but not required
- Dietary certification is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment and maintain a clean work area
- Clean up after meal service and properly store dishes and supplies
- Assist with checking resident meal trays for menu accuracy, dietary preferences, and special requirements
- Follow sanitation, food safety, and infection-control procedures
- Work closely with dietary staff and other departments to ensure timely meal service
- Demonstrate compassion, dependability, and a strong work ethic
- Follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Work independently while also contributing as a positive team member
