The Dietary Aide General Purpose is to fulfill dietary aide assignments based on the needs of the shift. This role reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor. The position involves learning food service routines, setting up meal trays, stripping and washing dishes, assisting with serving meals, preparing nourishments and snacks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and participating in staff training. The role requires cooperation with personnel in all departments and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
