About The Position

RiverWoods is currently looking for a Per Diem Healthcare Server/ Diet Aid to join their team. As a server, you will provide a high level of customer service to residents in a friendly, clean, and fun environment. This role offers work-life balance, stability, a sense of community, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Healthcare Servers build connections and impact residents' days every shift, becoming part of their extended family and learning from them.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents
• Excellent customer service skills required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with the elderly is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving resident meal orders
• Filling/packing resident meal orders
• Delivering meals
• Working closely with Healthcare residents
• Working in conjunction with the Healthcare teams to support resident care
• Sanitizing kitchen/dining areas
• Restocking supplies
