We are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team of specialists in building and facilities repairs and restoration. Requirements
- Previous demonstrable experience in general construction. Two (2) years of experience in a specialty (masonry, carpentry, etc.) will be valued, but we will consider equivalent experience.
- Ability to perform demanding physical work outdoors and lift at least 47 pounds.
- Be responsible and punctual, with own transportation to get to meeting points or projects.
- An attitude of "Siempre Pa'lante": willing to learn, face new challenges and use equipment different from the common ones.
- Reside in Puerto Rico Zona Metro.
Responsibilities
- Execute repair, reinforcement, and construction work on structures, foundations, walls, and land stabilization.
- Use hand, electric, and motorized tools and equipment skillfully.
- Operate specialized equipment such as grouting systems, micropiles, and helical piles (we provide training for this!).
- Load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain safety as the number one priority, always using your personal protective equipment.
- Drive company vehicles if necessary.
- Demonstrate a real commitment to quality, because our work is our pride.
