Requirements

No se requiere experiencia previa, pero sí un interés genuino en la industria de la construcción.
Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico demandante en exteriores y levantar al menos 47 libras.
Ser responsable y puntual, con transportación propia para llegar a los puntos de encuentro o proyectos.
Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y aprender de manera proactiva.
Residir en Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

Asistir activamente a los Diestros y supervisores en proyectos de reparación estructural, cimentaciones y construcción especializada.
Realizar tareas de construcción general bajo supervisión, como preparación de áreas, demolición controlada y manejo de materiales.
Aprender el uso correcto y seguro de herramientas y equipos manuales, eléctricos y motorizados.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura.
Cargar, descargar y organizar equipos, herramientas y materiales de forma segura y eficiente.
