About The Position
Diesel Truck and Trailer Mechanics are needed in Augusta Georgia to join a national fleet. Hazmat Tanker experience is a strong asset. This opening provides an opportunity for growth, training, and advancement. Please highlight your HM183 or R Stamp certifications.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of emissions, A/C, diagnostics, diesel engines, air, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to follow manufacturer guidelines and technical manuals
Nice To Haves
- Hazmat Tanker experience
- HM183 or R Stamp certifications
- Truck OR Trailer repair experience
- Own Tools
- Hazmat, R-Stamp, State Inspection Licenses
- Welding experience; Stick or MIG or TIG
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on diesel trucks and trailers.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and technical manuals.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to emissions, A/C, diesel engines, air, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform welding (Stick, MIG, or TIG) as needed.
