Requirements

5+ years’ of hands-on experience repairing diesel equipment, generators, and associated components
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on diesel engines, generators, and related equipment
Experience testing and operating vehicles and equipment to verify proper function
Valid driver’s license
Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)

Responsibilities

Perform timely repairs and maintenance on diesel generators, and associated equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, generators, and other components
Test and operate vehicles and equipment to ensure all systems function properly
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to maintain safety and reliability
Ensure equipment meets safety and compliance standards
Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet and equipment operations
