About The Position

Requirements

Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment, such as skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems and return machines to work quickly.
Customer-first attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team and step in to keep projects moving.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to perform physical activities that may include lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing, and to communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
Perform routine maintenance to keep the rental fleet in ready-to-work condition.
Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Maintain detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
Deliver customer-focused service and help keep projects moving.
