Ferman Chevrolet Brandon is seeking experienced Diesel Technicians for a high-volume diesel work environment. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screen
• Possess all basic tools needed to repair gas and diesel vehicles

Nice To Haves

• ASE or OEM certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, including Cummins, Detroit, CAT, and others
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to assess mechanical issues
• Repair and replace faulty engine components
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with all regulations
