About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Service Technician who is a self-starter, quick learner, and ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in heavy trucks, equipment, or fleet maintenance, and those who take pride in doing quality work efficiently.

Requirements

• Prior experience and/or formal education in diesel truck, vehicle/automotive, or equipment repair.
• Must supply standard diesel technician tools.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and diagnostic software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must be able to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins engine repair.
• DTNA training and certifications.
• Class A CDL with a valid medical card.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic services on diesel trucks and equipment.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on heavy trucks, equipment, or fleet vehicles.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Utilize diagnostic software and computer systems for analysis.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
