About The Position

We are seeking skilled Service Technicians/Diesel Mechanics who are self-starters, eager to learn, and ready to advance their careers. Requirements

• Two or more years of experience or technical education in diesel engine repair, heavy equipment maintenance, automotive repair, or related mechanical fields.
• One year of technical training and practical repair experience.
• Possession of your own set of tools, suitable for a diesel tech role.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and diagnostic software).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• A valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins.
• DTNA training.
• Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy trucks and equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic software and troubleshooting skills to identify issues.
• Conduct maintenance and repair work on diesel engines.
• Work with various types of fleets including rental and leasing.
• Maintain a strong safety culture in all work performed.
