Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Mastery of key performance metrics like Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, and Rework.
- Own general tools of the trade.
- Class A CDL License.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair Exmark mowers and all types of Bobcat equipment.
- Punch on and off work orders throughout the day.
- Enter detailed service stories into the computer for each machine worked on.
- Accurately and timely solve machine troubles for customers.
