Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Mastery of key performance metrics like Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, and Rework.
- Own general tools of the trade.
- Employment contingent on passing a drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair Exmark mowers and all types of Bobcat equipment.
- Punch on and off work orders.
- Enter detailed service records into the computer system.
- Solve machine troubles accurately and timely to minimize customer downtime.
