Requirements

2+ years’ of hands-on experience performing Yard Goats, Yard Hustler, Switchers & Trailers
Cummins Insight or JPro Diagnostic Skills
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Yard Goats, Yard Hustler, Switchers & Trailers
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
