About The Position

As a Caterpillar Dealer Service Technician, you will be the backbone of the industry. You’ll be the highly skilled professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the powerful machines that build our world. This is a paid internship program where you will earn while you learn, benefit from paid on-the-job internships at N C Machinery or N C Power Systems, and master cutting-edge technology. You will graduate in two years with an Associate of Applied Science Degree and a direct line to a career with a global brand. Through a mix of technical academic coursework at the PCC Rock Creek campus and real-world shop experience during paid internships, you will become an expert in Engine Fundamentals & Fuel Systems, Electrical Systems & Machine Hydraulics, Transmissions, Torque Converters, & Final Drives, and Undercarriage & Machine Maintenance.
