Empire Truck Sales is a large Freightliner and Western Star Heavy Truck Dealership in the Southeast, and we are looking for skilled Service Technicians/Diesel Mechanics. Requirements

Two or more years of experience or technical education in diesel engine repair, heavy equipment maintenance, automotive repair, or related mechanical fields.
One year of technical training and practical repair experience.
Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins is a plus.
DTNA training is a major bonus.
Your own set of tools, suitable for a diesel tech role.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and diagnostic software).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
A valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including some weekends and overtime.

Nice To Haves

Class A CDL is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy trucks.
Maintain equipment, rental fleets, automobiles, forklifts, generators, and motorcycles.
Utilize knowledge to produce effectively.
Work with diagnostic software.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
