About The Position
We are currently recruiting experienced A/B Class Diesel Technicians for a valued client. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who have strong diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance experience working with heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Candidates should have relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a diesel technician, preferably in heavy-duty truck and equipment maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Be able to pass drug and background screening
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diesel-powered trucks and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
