About The Position

Clarke Power is hiring for both 1st and 2nd shift Diesel Engine Technicians. Requirements

• 5+ years relevant Truck Mechanic experience.
• Experienced Truck Mechanic with ENGINE REPAIR experience.
• Computer skills and good verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and assist others as needed.
• The ability to adjust to changing priorities is essential.
• Must be able to obtain DOT medcard.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair work on drive train, engine, steering, electrical, suspension, and brakes.
• Troubleshooting, Inspections, & Diagnostics.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Potential Mobile service job duties.
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety legislations, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
