Requirements

  • 2+ years of diesel truck or trailer repair experience
  • Can diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, ABS, electrical, air, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Know how to use diagnostic software and scan tools
  • Own your basic tools
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Take pride in quality work and solving problems—not just replacing parts
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates

  • Minimum 2 years of diesel truck and/or trailer repair experience.
  • Experience diagnosing brakes, suspension, ABS, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience using diagnostic software and scan tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must own basic technician tools.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical work in shop and field environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • ASE Certifications
  • Welding Experience
  • Mobile Service Experience
  • Technical/Vocational Training
  • Welding experience preferred.
  • ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Repairing & maintaining fleet trucks, trailers, forklifts, and equipment
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, ABS, brake, suspension, hydraulic, and air systems
  • Using the latest diagnostic software and technology
  • Performing both shop and mobile repairs
  • Accurately documenting repairs, inspections, and completed work
  • Delivering honest, quality workmanship that keeps our customers moving
