Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience performing diagnostic and PM's on Heavy-Duty Diesel and Heavy-Duty Forklifts.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical if required for the role

Nice To Haves

Expert skills with PMS and Electrical Diagnostics
Experience with Paccar, Peterbilt, and PMs on HD Forklifts, Toyota, and Heisters.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy-duty fleet vehicles
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
