Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on work on heavy-duty trucks.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proactive problem-solver.
- Takes pride in the work.
- Communicates clearly.
- Manages time well.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a busy shop environment.
Nice To Haves
- CDL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced air systems (compressors, dryers, valves), HVAC systems, and steering components.
- Repair bolt-on components such as manifolds, turbos, water pumps, fan drives, and air compressors.
- Perform Federal DOT inspections and accurate alignments using shop equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including starting and charging issues (alternators, batteries, starters).
- Service primary systems including brakes, wheel-end assemblies, drivelines, suspensions, and tires.
