About The Position

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics, Trailer Technicians, and Reefer Technicians to support our growing fleet service operation. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in diesel, trailer, or transport refrigeration repair preferred
• DOT inspections & air brake experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Obtain a toolbox and the required tools
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, reefers, and APUs
• Complete brake repairs, suspension work, and DOT/FHWA inspections
• Diagnose electrical systems and ABS brakes
• Handle tire services (mounting, balancing, flat repairs)
• Complete structural trailer repairs, rear doors, and washouts
• Troubleshoot APUs and assist with road service calls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop
