About The Position

Leppo Rents is seeking diesel mechanics of all skill levels to perform repairs and service on compact construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and telehandlers. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, performing routine maintenance, using computer-based diagnostic tools, and maintaining detailed records. Technicians are expected to have a customer-first attitude, be team players, and contribute to keeping the rental fleet in excellent condition. Requirements

Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and more)
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get machines back to work quickly

Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems).
Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition.
Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
