About The Position

Our Clarke Vehicare team is currently looking for an experienced Truck Mechanic - Mobile Service Truck Diesel Technician to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service on this mid shift, Monday-Friday. In this role, Technician will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. What are the duties?

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Preferred-One year certificate from college or technical school, with related repair experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred - CDL or ability to acquire CDL
• Preferred - ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs PMIs on tractors, trailers and other diesel-powered equipment.
• Perform all types of brake, steering & suspension, drive train, suspension, electrical, A/C, & engine repairs.
• Test drive vehicles under 26,000 GVW.
• Assist other technicians when needed.
