About The Position
This role involves performing repairs and maintenance on refrigeration and auxiliary power units (APUs), inspecting and diagnosing customer equipment issues, and collaborating with internal teams and customers. The technician will work efficiently to meet goals, maintain paperwork, and complete required training and certifications.
Requirements
- Strong Mechanic Aptitude
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean Driving Record
- Pass a DOT approved physical
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others
- Ability to work with computers

- Diesel Engine Experience
- Technical Degree or Certification
- Experience working with refrigeration units
- Backgrounds working as Automotive Technicians, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, and more
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on all components of refrigeration and auxiliary power units (APUs)
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues on customer equipment
- Collaborate with internal team members including service writers, parts representatives, drivers, and leadership team
- Communicate effectively with customers and maintain positive relationship
- Perform work in a timely matter to meet efficiency goals
- Maintain paperwork and submit upon completion of work
- Complete training and meet requirements for certifications
