Requirements

Factory Diesel Certification is highly preferred; all factory-certified technicians are encouraged to apply.
Recent technical school graduates are welcome.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to high-quality customer service.
Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire machines, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and air conditioning equipment.
Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models is preferred.
Ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions and exercise good judgment.
Commitment to a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair tasks on diesel vehicles following dealership and factory standards.
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems.
Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs.
Communicate technical diagnoses and repair requirements clearly to service advisors and customers.
Stay updated on new technical information and repair techniques through formal training sessions.
Inspect and test new vehicles, document findings, and ensure necessary repairs are completed.
