The Diesel Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration units and auxiliary power units. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, adjusting, and modifying all components. The technician will also interface with various stakeholders including Service Writers, the leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers. Key responsibilities include keeping paperwork updated, communicating effectively with customers, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, meeting labor efficiency goals, and meeting certification requirements.
