Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.

Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and tools as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles and equipment.
Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Participate in on-the-job training and attend technical classes as required.
