Miller Truck Leasing is hiring immediately for an experienced Diesel Maintenance Service Manager for our shop in Jessup, MD. Requirements

• 6+ years of management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance
• Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics
• A customer focused mindset
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers
• Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
• Maintain running cost within budget
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 per year + up to $10,000 annual bonus + Monthly PM Bonus ($200 at >95%)
